At AdAvoid Ltd, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases made directly through our website.

1. Website Purchases (adblockultimate.net)

This section applies to license keys purchased directly through adblockultimate.net. License keys are cross-platform and can be used to unlock premium features on Windows, Android, iOS, and other supported platforms.

Yearly Subscriptions

Yearly subscriptions are billed annually and renew automatically. You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date or within 30 days of any subsequent renewal date.

Lifetime Licenses

Lifetime licenses are a one-time payment with no recurring billing. You may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Plan Tiers

Both Personal (up to 3 devices) and Family (up to 10 devices) plans are eligible for a refund under the terms described above.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a purchase made through our website, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your order number or transaction reference
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • The reason for your refund request

3. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. The amount will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Upon processing of a refund, your license key will be deactivated and access to premium features will be revoked.

4. App Store Purchases

If you purchased a subscription or premium features through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, your purchase is primarily subject to the refund policies of the respective store:

5. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are two different actions:

  • Cancellation stops your subscription from renewing at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period.
  • Refund returns the payment for the current billing period and immediately revokes access to premium features.

Subscription cancellation applies only to yearly subscriptions. Lifetime licenses have no recurring billing and therefore do not require cancellation.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a refund request in the following circumstances:

  • The refund request is made more than 30 days after the purchase or renewal date
  • There is evidence of abuse, fraud, or excessive refund requests
  • The purchase was made in violation of our End-User License Agreement (EULA)
  • A chargeback or dispute has already been filed with your bank or payment provider
7. Free Products

The AdBlocker Ultimate browser extension is completely free to use and does not involve any purchase. Other products such as AdBlocker Ultimate for Android, AdBlocker Ultimate Browser, and AdBlocker Ultimate for iOS offer free base versions with optional premium upgrades. Refunds for premium upgrades follow the website or app store policies described in the sections above.
